So long as the reader understands that post processing images can involve many steps before one can be called an expert, and that the serious photographer will probably read many more books to learn how to create a great digital image, this book will serve as a good introduction to the use of Photoshop. Actually, several of the situations mentioned I have experienced in real life, and I think a lot of readers will relate. I swear there wasn't a single man in the book(s) who thought she deserved to know anything, let alone be party to a decision and she let this pattern ride. I very much enjoyed this book with my 8 year old grandson.
