It's a joy and a great read. Darwin was exceptionally lucky to have found someone to care for him. The characters of Riordan and Winnie are well developed and you can't help but root for them. This series is meant for people who are not easily shocked, do not get nightmares easily, and do not mind reading about evil and awful things that happen to innocents. Elizabeth and Nikolas are wonderful characters. The author does a nice job balancing his efforts. I was provided an advanced review copy in exchange for an honest review. It's up to Sherlock Homes and a small group of heroes to attempt to stop him. I really like for the characters of the books I read to get a measure of hope, love, and forgiveness. The only thing that you have to watch for is the change of view points which happen every chapter. Not worth the money. No one person is capable of stopping Celebrant and his dragon horde.
